Chef Avtar Singh Rana is a talented and passionate professional with a firm belief in customizing menus to each diner’s palate, creatively and has vast belief in using seasonal and organic ingredients. Chef Avtar Singh Rana is considered one of the most highly decorated chefs in North India, have more than two decades experience. Rana develop and oversea a cutting edge menu featuring contemporary International and regional cuisines with a focus on specialties and ingredients found in India. Before carving his niche in the culinary industry, he develops a strong back ground in catering for both hotels, resorts and restaurants Chef Rana also hosts interactive chef demonstrations for individual special events and for media.
By combining a wealth of culinary passion for food, an innovative approach and vast food knowledge honed at the Culinary art Institute at Chandigarh. Chef Rana successfully combines his roots in North India, UAE, and Saudi Arabia with his love of diverse flavour profiles. His talent also brought him recognition from Radisson, Starwood and Accor, and he was responsible for the opening of their hotels.
